In Ramen is a ramen in Dania Beach, Florida. It is listed at 19 S Pointe Dr, Dania Beach, FL 33004, which places it among the local businesses of Dania Beach that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Dania Beach, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Florida run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 am–9:30 pm. We tried In Ramen in Dania Beach with our family of five, and unfortunately it didn’t really meet our expectations. The presentation looks good, but to us this felt more like Japanese fusion than authentic ramen. The broth was thin and didn’t have that rich, flavorful ramen soup we were expecting. The noodles also tasted more like something you could buy from a grocery store. A lot of the food was also very salty. The chashu was another disappointment. It tasted more like boiled pork and wasn’t very soft or tender. Usually, good chashu is simmered for hours until it becomes very tender and almost melts in your mouth, but this one didn’t have that texture. The egg was also not the usual seasoned ajitsuke tamago you normally get with ramen. It seemed more like a simple soft or underboiled egg without much seasoning. We also ordered the takoyaki, which was very dark, almost burnt, and also quite salty. I ordered the duck ramen, which was described on the menu as coming with a quarter duck, but what we received didn’t really look like a quarter portion. The duck was also very charred and salty. My daughter mentioned the saltiness to our server. The server was attentive and handle

Absolutely delicious! We tried the Chashu Ramen, Crispy Duck Ramen, and Takoyaki—everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The broths were rich and perfectly balanced, the duck was crispy and tender, and the takoyaki was amazing. Great quality, generous portions, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back! 🍜👏

I recommended this place to my family visiting from California, and it did not disappoint. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations—the food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. There is also plenty of parking space behind the restaurant, which made it very convenient, and lots of shops nearby to walk around and enjoy after our meal. It really turned into a full experience, not just dinner. It’s always a little nerve-wracking recommending a spot to visiting family, but this one was a win all around. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Ate here once when the restaurant first opened, and a second time now about 5 years later. Besides the disappointing fact that they no longer serve hand stretched noodles made in house, everything else was phenomenal. The Karrage chicken was super crispy and had a generous portion, the fried crispy pork gyoza was fresh and crisp and was served with a delicious dipping sauce. The spicy miso chicken ramen tasted very authentic and similar to the ramen we've had in Japan. And on the opposite end of the spectrum, the smoked brisket ramen uniquely combined american smoked bbq flavors with Japanese Ramen in a way I haven't had before. Overall, all the food was delicious, the service was attentive and the environment was comfortable, made for a great time celebrating a special anniversary.

Our pork belly bao bun was amazing. The fries were ok, but didn't have a lot of sauce on them (they would have been better plain as they were perfectly cooked). The brisket ramen was good with tons of brisket. The cashew pork ramen also had a ton of pork. We enjoyed our meal but our server Brandy seemed to be the only one covering the whole restaurant. There was another person that ran food, but that seemed to be all they were able to do. Brandy was very sweet and worked her tail off keeping everyone taken care of.
